Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information — and the choices and rights you have.
MVPSOFT.US, LLC (“MVP Soft,” “we,” “us,” “our”)
Effective date: September 5, 2026
1. About this policy
MVP Soft is an operational-transformation and technology-leadership firm. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website (mvp-soft.com) and in the course of providing our services, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. By using our site or contacting us, you agree to this policy.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you complete a form on our site — our Contact form, the Operational Clarity Self-Check, or a Small Business Corner form — or otherwise correspond with us, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, company, job title, and the message or answers you submit (including your self-check responses). If you become a client and use our client portal, we hold your account details (name, email, phone number).
Information we collect automatically. When you visit the site we receive certain technical data — your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring page — through cookies and similar technologies (see §5).
Information from our correspondence. If you email us, we keep that correspondence and may record it against your contact in our internal CRM so we can respond and maintain continuity of the relationship.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive or special-category personal data through the website, and we ask that you not submit it through our forms.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry, deliver your self-check result, and schedule conversations
- To provide and administer our services and the client portal
- To send information you requested and, where permitted, occasional relevant updates about our work — you can opt out at any time
- To operate, secure, and improve our website, including spam and bot protection
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
Legal bases (where the GDPR / UK GDPR applies): your consent; the performance of a contract with you; and our legitimate interests in running and marketing our business in a measured, referral-led way.
4. When we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers acting on our behalf, under contract, including Amazon Web Services (website hosting), Twilio SendGrid (email delivery), Cloudflare (bot protection / Turnstile), Google (web fonts), and Microsoft Azure (AI processing for our signed-in product demos).
- Our measurement partner — we use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure and improve our marketing, and it loads only after you accept cookies (see §5).
- Professional advisors and authorities where required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
5. Cookies and tracking
We use:
- Essential cookies the site and portal need to function — session, security / anti-forgery, sign-in, and Cloudflare’s bot protection.
- The Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which sets cookies and shares limited event data with Meta to help us measure our marketing. It is off by default and loads only if you choose “Accept” on our cookie notice.
You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site’s cookies and site data in your browser, which brings the cookie notice back. You can also control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of interest-based advertising through your Facebook ad settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site working.
6. How long we keep your information
We keep enquiry and contact information for as long as needed to respond and maintain our business relationship, and afterwards as required for legitimate business or legal purposes. Client and portal records are kept for the life of the engagement and a reasonable period after. You can ask us to delete your information (see §7).
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent.
- EU / UK (GDPR): the rights above, plus the right to lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority.
- California (CCPA / CPRA): the right to know, delete, and correct your information, and to opt out of “sharing” for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not sell your personal information.
To exercise any right, email us at vladica.ognjanovic@mvp-soft.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
8. International transfers
We are based in the United States, and our providers may process data in the US and other countries. Where we transfer personal data from the EU or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption of sensitive stored credentials and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
11. Third-party links
Our site may link to other sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices — please review their policies.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
