Big-company clarity, without the big-company budget
We spend our days untangling operations for larger companies. This is where we give some of that away — free tools, guides, and time for small businesses trying to get their operation in order. No charge, no catch.
Most of my work is with mid-sized companies — and honestly, that’s a different world from where a lot of you are standing. When you run a small business, you’re not one role. You’re all of them. So many hats, so many hands, so many heads — and all of them are yours.
Starting from the ground and moving forward one step at a time is hard. You have to learn things you never signed up to learn. You have to make peace with being afraid and doing it anyway. You have to get comfortable with the unknown, because for a long time it’s the only constant.
Everyone tells you to find your sweet spot — that moment when your employees are happy, your customers are happy, and the business finally just works. And you get there. Then you realize the sweet spot won’t hold still: you’re not the same person every day, your team isn’t either, and your customers feel different from one moment to the next. So the spot keeps moving, and every day you’re finding a new one. That’s not failure — that’s the job. And it takes a special kind of mindset to keep at it.
I have real respect for that mindset, the risk, and the sheer stubbornness it takes to turn something into a business that stands on its own. I’ve been through it. I know it. And that’s exactly why some things here will always be free.
I can’t give everyone a lot of my time — but I can always give some. And what’s a little for me can be a lot for someone who’s just getting started. That’s the whole idea behind this corner: my experience and my skills, shared, no charge.
And this is just the beginning. I’ll keep adding to it — guides, tools, whatever small business owners actually ask for. For now it’s the things I wish someone had handed me early on. Tell me what would help, and I’ll build it.
